The leading preventable cause of Turbine Component breakdown is lube oil circulating system malfunction. Without proper
maintenance, a turbine lube oil system life span may be shortened significantly. This leads not only to costly equipment repair,
but also to expensive downtime, and loss of production.
Combine that with new, stricter environmental regulations concerning the disposal of waste oil, and you have a potential
operating drain.
Because the application is turbine oil, the primary degrader of oil, HEAT, is not a factor. Water and particulate matter
are the enemies of the turbine oil. Our system removes these contaminants'; quickly and efficiently. Our portable models
use an engineered filtration package that connects through two lines. The units are portable and can be equipped with quick
connect devices. The flow rate can be 3, 5, 12, or 24 gpm routing the fluid through multiple stages of filtration. Using a
recommended cycle of passes based on the volume in the system reservoir, the highest possible percentage of all contaminants';
are removed from the turbine oil.
This simple service will extend your turbine oil life and keep the system clean between scheduled outages.
